Politics

Politics addresses the “kingdom now,” while eschatology points to the “kingdom to come.” Because both can be divisive, we take a both/and approach, offering principles to guide thoughtful formation.

We engage politics because Scripture does. God’s Kingdom has a King, citizens, and law—he claims all things as his own, and every page of the Bible is set within a political context and consequence. We teach Scripture with boldness, charity, and grace, recognizing that differing views may carry both insight and limitation when measured against God and his Word, and we do not shrink back from engaging the culture around us.
